I was introduced to NVC three decades ago, but I have been learning and admiring the versatility of the method and its impact on my life ever since. The Kompatia card pack has become an indispensable tool, or rather my companion, in my work as a consultant, supervisor, teacher, and trainer in recent years.

I use the Kompatia cards in both individual and group work processes, and I can say with complete conviction that they provided a lot of insight for the participants, we were able to resolve conflicts with them, and we understood the functioning and motivation of the people involved in each situation.

I have been working as a supervisor for ten years, previously I was a teacher in a children's home and with my addiction counselor qualification I gained experience in the field of drug prevention.

I currently provide individual supervision to those struggling with some difficulty in their professional lives (e.g. burnout, workplace conflict, career change), and supportive conversations or coaching to those who come to me with other life management questions. 

I also like working with young people and adolescents, whether they contact me about career choices or their personal lives. 

Within a university setting, I teach career orientation courses and communication training for prospective teachers and teachers in adult education.

I offer individual consultations for the following topics: communication difficulties, professional issues, self-knowledge, upbringing, and life dilemmas. During the conversations, the Kompatia cards play an important role, facilitating deeper understanding and finding personal solutions.
